Launched in 2021, 88 Keys and Me provides students with a more affordable option for music education, via group piano lessons. Thanks to funds raised on Sola Giving Day and a match from the Mills Family Foundation, ASO was able to establish a brand new piano studio, equipped with 6 digital pianos and personal headphones.

Students become familiar with the piano through a personalized curriculum that includes entry-level instruction and introduction to basic musical concepts in a group setting, as well as fun at-home practice activities. The teaching artist also conducts individual assessments for each student throughout the semester, and as students progress, they have an opportunity to transition to private lessons if they so chose.

Our first semester began in September 2021, and we're pleased to report that the class roster is full, with students receiving fully-funded scholarships, made possible by The Stuller Family Foundation. Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30PM. Stay tuned to register for next semester.
