Acadiana Symphony Orchestra & Conservatory of Music offers music lessons to people of all ages, year-round. We have students ranging from 3 to 93 years old. Everyone is welcome to learn more about the instruments they love, and we offer lessons for violin, guitar, piano, flute, cello, and vocals. And, NEW THIS SUMMER - we are pleased to offer music composition classes for kids ages 7-13.

Our experienced and skilled teaching artists lead structured lessons, once a week, with durations ranging from 30-60 minutes for instruments, and 2 hours for music composition. These sessions are geared toward teaching familiarity with instruments, and fundamentals of sight reading, music comprehension and technique, as well as review and progress skills of more advanced students. All skill levels are welcome, and lessons are customized to meet the needs of an individual's proficiency level.

When you register for lessons, you'll come to the Conservatory of Music, where we have eight studios. Our studios are private and comfortable, and have all of the equipment you'll need to start playing right away. You can rent an instrument from us, as well.

Schedule music lessons at the Conservatory of Music today by registering online, or by calling Michael Zeek, Education Director, 337-769-3012.
